Yes. I’m EMDRIA-trained and may incorporate EMDR when it’s clinically appropriate and you feel ready. We’ll first build stabilization skills so the work feels safe and supported.

Yes. I work with couples using attachment-based approaches to strengthen communication, reduce conflict cycles, and rebuild connection. We’ll identify patterns, clarify needs, and practice new ways of relating.
Yes, depending on current availability and fit. Groups can be a powerful way to build support, practice skills, and feel less alone. Reach out to ask what groups are currently open.
Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions. We can choose the format that best fits your needs and schedule.
Sessions are $150 per session for individuals and couples. Sliding scale options may be available—please ask if cost is a barrier.
I’m an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Payment options include ACH/bank transfer, major credit cards, HSA, cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and wire transfer.
