Thoughtful therapy that helps you build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change—one step at a time.
I’m Kristal Iris Llera (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S, MA) offering therapy in-person in Affton, MO and online. If you’ve been feeling paralyzed by anxiety, stress, or the weight of past experiences, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
I specialize in supporting clients working through complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll focus on building safety and trust, strengthening communication, and creating steady footing during life transitions.
My style is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and deeply grounded in co-regulation and somatic integration. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable—so you can feel more connected, more resilient, and more like yourself again.
